Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of maktmakr, operated by WILLDCARD PTE. LTD. ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
maktmakr analyzes your website, generates ad creatives, runs campaigns on ad platforms you connect, and reports results. Actions that spend money (new campaigns, budget increases) run only after you approve them. We may automatically pause ads to reduce spend.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to manage the website and ad accounts you connect.
- You are responsible for your ad spend, which is billed by the ad platform directly to you, and for complying with ad platform policies and applicable law.
- Review creatives before approving them. You are responsible for claims made about your product.
Content
You own the ad content generated for you. You grant us a license to use your materials only to provide the service.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results vary. We do not guarantee any number of visits, sign-ups or sales.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for ad spend or indirect losses.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or ad platform policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
