Privacy Policy
maktmakr ("we") is a marketing automation service operated by WILLDCARD PTE. LTD. (UEN 202622439N, 111 Somerset Road #06-01W, Singapore 238164). This policy explains what we collect when a business uses maktmakr and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email address and business website you give us.
- Connected advertising accounts: when you connect Meta or Google Ads, we receive access tokens and read your ad accounts, Pages, pixels, campaigns, ads and performance insights, and create or change campaigns only after you approve them.
- Website analytics: if you install our tracking script, we collect page views, sign-up and purchase events, UTM parameters, device type and approximate country of visitors to your site. We do not collect visitor names, emails or payment details through the script.
- Content you create: ad images, copy and reports generated for you.
How we use it
- To create, run, measure and improve advertising for your business, and to send you daily reports and approval requests.
- To improve our recommendations using aggregated, de-identified performance patterns across customers. We never share one customer's ads, data or results with another customer.
- We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising unrelated to your account.
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service (cloud hosting, AI model providers for generating ad content, and the ad platforms you connect), under contracts that limit use to providing the service, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can disconnect an ad account at any time, which revokes our access. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@willdcard.com with the subject "maktmakr data deletion"; we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also remove our app in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown to staff or other customers. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting hello@willdcard.com.
